Appointments policy The Deposit is non-refundable. To reschedule your appointment it must be 24 hours in advance. Appointments are rescheduled only once. If you arrive 15 minutes late, you automatically lose your appointment. Children / extra guest are not accepted. Deposit required to schedule appointment. Please keep in mind... When we book an appointment for you, we stop serving other clients and cannot make up that time; being an irrecoverable economic damage for the worker and for the company.
